(1) Proper layout of Letter writing techniques.
(2) Adhering to rubrics, e.g. in selecting questions from the sections of the paper.
Some candidates wrote very good and standard essays that were enriched with the use of appropriate proverbs and idioms. Many candidates displayed strict adherence to the rubrics. Also, candidates’ performance in culture and literature for those candidates who studied the recommended texts, was impressive.
