The standard of the paper compared favourably with those of the previous years.  The questions were well framed, clearly worded and straightforward.  The rubrics were well stated and the Marking Scheme was well structured with marks equitably distributed.  There was a significant improvement on the performance of the candidates when compared with the previous year.
