Observation

This is a poetry question from “Abụ Akwamozu”. Candidates were asked to (a)explain what a child spends when the mother dies and how they relate to what the mother did for her child when she was alive as seen in the poem ‘Ọnwụ Nne’;  (b) write out the tasks the kindred imposeson the first son when his father dies and why the kindred does not honour a burial invitation from a family that has a son and  (c) summarize what happened in the poem ‘Ala Nwee Mmadụ Niile’

-           Ego: ego a gọọrọ Ngwu na Agwụnsị mgbe
-           Mmanya: mmiri ara nwa nụkọrọ nne ya n’obi
-           Nri: nri e siri ebe ọ mụrụ nwa

(b)        (i)         - Ọ ga-azụta ebili anọ.
- Ọ ga-akwụ ụgwọ akụ nna ya jiri lụọ nne ya,
- Ọ ga-akwụ ụgwọ o jiri bụrụ diọkpara.
- Ọ ga-akwụ ụgwọ ụmụnnadi.

            (ii)        - Ha agaghị erite ekpe n’ebe e nwere nwoke/ ọkpara.

(c)        - Onye ọbụla ga-aga n’ala/ ga-anwụ e lie ya n’ala.
- Ọnwụdịịrị ihe niile dị ndụ.
- Mmadu niile ga-anwu anwụ, e lie ha n’ala.
