All performances should be judged according to the following rubrics.
Stance
(i) in a standing position
(ii) legs shoulder width apart
(iii) side-on position
Hand position
(i) spread out both hands
(ii) up and side ways
Take-off
(i) tilt to the right or left
(ii) swing to the right or left
Execution
(i) bring one hand to touch the floor
(ii) as the other hand moves to the ground, both feet are in the air
(iii) in a swing action, the right/left leg touches the ground, while the left/right leg follows immediately.
Recovery
(i) finish in a standing position
(ii) both hands sideways
(iii) maintain balance
