(ii) behind the baseline / service area
(iii) body relax
(iv) knees slightly bent
(v) body facing the court
Hold
(i) ball placed on the palm
(ii) ball held above the waist
(iii) the serving hand moves upward
(iv) palm open
(v) eyes on ball
Execution
(i) ball is tossed
(ii) the serving hand moves ubackward
(iii) the serving hand moves forward to hit the ball
(iv) the ball is hit / contact in the air above the head
(v) follow through
Product Evaluation
The purpose is to measure the ability to make overhead service in volleyball into the opponent’s court accurately.
