Question 1

(a) Wani taimako da na tava samu.

narrate a story on a commendable demonstration of patience

(b)  Xakin karatun makarantarmu.

(c )Yawan makarantu masu zaman kansu a qasa: ci gaba ne ko koma baya?

(d)Rubuta Rubuta wasiqa zuwa ga abokinka sabon shiga makarantar kwana, kana mai ba shi shawara kan rayuwar makaranta.

(e )Dakan xaka, shiqar xaka.

 In digging a pit of wickedness you should make it shallow, perhaps you might be the one to fall inside.


 

Observation

(a)The candidate was required to write on an assistance which was rendered to him. In doing so, he was expected to highlight some points which could include the following:

  • Ma’anar Taimako:

    Taimako shi ne wani tallafi da mutum yakan samu wanda zai haifar masa da sauƙi wajen tafiyar da harkokinsa ko kawo rangwame wajen shawo kan matsalolinsa.

    ii Bayani kan: - Irin taimakon da aka samu;
    - Ranar da aka samu taimakon;
    - Shekarar da aka samu taimakon;
    - Inda aka samu taimakon;
    - Wanda ya samar da taimakon;
    - Irin murnar da aka yi;
    - Muhimmancin taimakon,
    - Abin da aka yi da taimakon, da sauransu.

 

Candidates’ performance in this question was encouraging.


(b) The question is on descriptive essay and the candidate was required to describe their school’s library. The following points and features are relevant: :

  1. Gabatarwa:
  2. - Sunan makarantar;
    - Gari da ƙaramar hukuma da jihar da makarantar take;
    - Inda ɗakin karatun yake a cikin makarantar;
    - Sunan da aka ba wa ɗakin karatun (idan akwai);

 

  1. Tsarin ginin:

- Ɓangarorin da ya ƙunsa;;
- qofofi da tagogi;;
- Rufi (na ciki da na waje);;
- Yawan fankoki da na’urar sanyaya wuri;;
- Yawan kujeru da teburan karatu, da sauransu;

 

 

  1. i Tanadin da aka yi domin masu karatu dangane da: - Yawan littafai;
    - Yawan kantocin ajiye littafai;
    - Qofofin shiga ɗakin karatun;
    - Hanyoyin neman littafai;
    - Sashe-sashen darussa daban-dabam;
    - Na’urorin kwamfuta da aka samar;
    - Matakan da ake bi domin aron littafai;
    - Dokokin da aka tanadar a wurin;
    - Tsarin tsaro a ɗakin karatun, da sauransu.
    iv Yanayin ma’aikatan wurin: - Masu aikin safe;
    - Masu aikin yamma;
    - Masu aikin dare, da sauransu.
    v Matsalolin da dakin karatun yake fuskanta; vi Lokacin da ake buɗewa da rufe ɗakin karatun, da sauransu. >

 


Many  candidates attempted the question and their performance was good.


(c) The question above is a dialogue; it sought the opinion of the candidate on whether the establishment of more private schools in the country depicts development or underdevepment. In attempting the question, the candidate was expected to take a position and advance convincing reasons

- Yawaitar maguɗin jarabawa;
- Yin tsambare wajen kammala manhajar karatu;
- Rashin samar da ingataccen yanayin karatu, da sauransu
 

Many  candidates attempted the question and their performance was good.


(d)T The candidate was required to write a letter to his friend who has just gained admission into a boarding school, advising him on school life. The following features are mandatory:

  • Address of the writer;
  • The date;
  • Address of the principal;
  • Salutation;
  • The heading;
  • Content;
  • Conclusion.

 

The candidates  were expected to identify some problems that are very common in the schools such as:

- Kawo shawarwari kamar haka:
- Haƙuri;
- Ladabi da biyayya ga na gaba;
- Juriya;
- Samun abokai nagari;
- Mayar da hankali ga karatu;
- Bin dokokin makaranta;

 

- - Kula da ibada;
- Taimakon juna;
- Kau da kai ga kayan mutane;
- Kula da tsabta;
- Guje wa shiga ƙungiyoyin da ba su dace ba;
- Qoƙarin shiga wasannin motsa jiki, da sauransu.
Many candidates attempted the question and their performance was commendable.



(e)The statement above is a proverb which means: doing something in-house. The candidates were required to give its meaning, narrate a story that illustrates the proverb and identify other similar proverbs, for example:
-Ma’anar karin magana: Tana nuni ne ga aikata wani abu wanda aka yi shi cikin iyalai ko ’yan’uwa ko dangi ko abokan zama, ba tare da an fita waje ba. qo.
- Karin magana kwatankwacin wannan
- Tuwo na mai na.
- Ya kamata auren na gida.
- Kai da kaya duk mallakar wuya ne.
- Abu namu, maganin a kwaɓe mu.
- Sai gida ya ƙoshi sannan a kai dawa.
iii Kawo labarin da zai bayyana ma’anar karin maganar.
