(ii) fingers are spread / wrapped around the ball
(iii) ball not resting on the palm
(iv) arms flexed
Stance
(i) erect position
(ii) ball in hand
(iii) stand behind the 9 m line
(iv) legs shoulder width apart
(v) knees flexed
Execution
(i) facing direction of goalpost
(ii) take-off on single foot
(iii) hand holding the ball flexed and extended forward
(iv) other hand is slightly flexed, raised upward
(v) ball is forcefully released before landing
Product Evaluation
Goal post is marked into specific target areas of 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Three trials are allowed and the best trial is recorded as score
