Question 1

 

  1. Zamana a gidan kawuna.
  2. Sana’ar gidanmu.
  3. Wa ya fi sauqin tarbiyyantarwa tsakanin xa namiji da ’ya mace? .
  4. Rubuta wasiqa zuwa ga mahaifinka ka bayyana masa qalubale ga sakamakon jarabawarka.
  5. Zakaran da Allah ya nufa da cara ko ana muzuru ana shaho sai ya yi..

 


 

Observation

(a) This is a narrative essay; candidate was required to write on his stay in his uncle’s house. In doing so, he was expected to highlight some points which could include the following:

Zamana a gidan kawuna:

  •  Gabatarwa:

Sunan kawun;
            Gari da unguwar da gidan yake;
            Alama mafi kusaci da gidan;
            Dalilin zama a gidan;

  • Bayanin yadda aka zauna a gidan:

Alaqa da maigidan;
Alaqa da matan maigidan;
Tarbiyyar gidan;

    -  Mua’amala da sauran mutanen gidan:

Yaran gidan;
’Yan’uwan maigidan;
            ’Yan’uwan matan gidan;
Abokanen maigidan;
Maqwabtan gidan, da sauransu.

   -  Abubuwan tunawa:

 Masu daxi;
Marasa daxi;
Abubuwan ban mamaki, da sauransu.

 

Candidates’ performance in this question was commendable.


(b) The question is a descriptive essay and the candidate was required to explain the traditional occupation of their house. The following points are relevant:

-  Gabatarwa:

Sunan gida;
Sunan sana’ar gidan;
             Kayan aikin yin sana’ar;
Masu yin sana’ar, da sauransu. 

-  Yadda ake yin sana’ar:

Abubuwan da sana’ar take samarwa;
Muhimmancin sana’ar;
Nasarorin da aka samu;
Karvuwa da shaharar sana’ar;
Qalubalen da sana’ar take fuskanta, da sauransu.

 

Many candidates attempted the question and their performance was commendable.


(c) The question above is an argumentative essay; it sought the opinion of the candidate on who is easier to train between a boy and a girl child. In attempting the question, the candidate was expected to take a position and advance convincing reasons. The following points should be considered relevant:

            -   Gabatarwa:

            Ma’anar tarbiyya.

  • Zaven ra’ayi :

Xa namiji ya fi sauqin tarbiyyantarwa.

Ko:

’Ya mace ta fi sauqin tarbiyyantarwa.

  • Xa namiji ya fi sauqin tarbiyyantarwa:

 

Kawo hujjoji:
Juriya;
Jin magana;
Girmamawa;
Qarfin hali;
Sauqin hidima, da sauransu.

  • ’Ya mace ta fi sauqin tarbiyyantarwa:

 

           Kawo hujjoji:

                  Saurin jin magana ko kiyayewa;
                  Tsoro;
                  Girmamawa;
                  Zama wuri xaya;
                  Tausayi;
                  Kunya;
                  Dabara;
                  Rauni, da sauransu.

  • Kammalawa :

 

Jaddada ra’ayi

 

Many candidates attempted the question and performed well.


(d)Rubuta wasiqa zuwa ga mahaifinka ka bayyana masa qalubale ga sakamakon jarabawarka.

S                                                This question was on letter writing; candidate was required to write a letter to his father explaining to him the challenges that can affect his examination result. The following features are mandatory:

-  Address of the writer;
-  The date;
-  Salutation;
-  Content;
-  Conclusion.

The following points were expected:

                                    Adireshin mai rubutu;
                                    Kwanan wata;
                                    Sallamar buɗewa;
                                    Sallamar rufewa.
                        (ii)       Gundarin wasiƙa:

           Dalilin rubuta wasiqa;
Bayyana dalilin rubuta wasiqa.

  • Qalubalen da aka fuskanta:

                                                Maguxin jarabawa;
                                                Rashin isasshen lokacin karatu;
Rashin qwararrun malamai;
Rashin wadatattun kayan koyo da koyarwa;
Rashin isasshiyar lafiya;
Rashin yin addu’a;
Rashin wadatattun malamai;
Rashin wadataccen abinci;
Rashin tsaro;
Jarabawar ta yi tsauri;
Matsalar sufuri;
Fargabar jarabawa, da sauransu.

  • Sakamakon da aka samu:

 

Nasara ;
Rashin nasara, da sauransu.

 

Candidates’ performance in this question was fair.



(e) The statement above is a proverb which means: What God has destined, no one can change. The candidate was required to give its meaning, narrate a story that illustrates the proverb and identify other similar proverbs, for example:

  • Ma’anar karin magana:

 

Wanda Allah ya nufa da samun nasara ko ci gaba, hassada da zagon qasa da nukura da rashin amincewa da nuna qiyayya, ba za su yi tasiri a kan sa ba, kuma sai ya samu.

  • Karin magana kwatankwacin wannan:

Idan rana ta fito, tafin hannu ba ya kare ta.
Mai rabon ganin baxi ko ana dakawa a turmi sai ya fita.
Hassada ga mai rabo taki.
Mai arziqi ko a Kwara ya sayar da ruwa.
Rabon kwaxo ba ya hawa sama.

  • Kawo labarin da zai bayyana ma’anar karin maganar.
