GENERAL COMMENTS ON THE PAPER AS A WHOLE

The standard of the paper was high, and compared favourably with those of the previous years.    The questions were within the scope of the examination syllabus. It was also reported that candidates’ performance was better than previous year.

The raw mean score of 29.0and standard deviation of 12.49 indicated that the performance of the candidates was better than WASSCE for Private Candidates, 2020with a raw mean score of24.0and standard deviation of13.67. A total of456candidates sat the paper.
