Observation

This question was the mostly answered by the candidates. So also, they scored very high therein. In spite of this, other relevant points which they missed out include the exemption from Ramadan fast which is of two types i.e. temporary and permanent. As expected from the candidates, the insane is temporarily exempted from the fast until he  regains sanity. This is without observing either Qada’ or Fidyah. Others like the sick, the pregnant, the nursing mother, the traveler and the menstruating woman are to pay back the number of missed days before the following Ramadan. As for the aged who are weak and feeble and the labourers whose work is hard, they are permanently exempted with the condition of feeding the needy (It‘?m) everyday of the month.
