Candidates showed improvement in the level of adherence to rubrics.  They attempted the maximum number of questions required of them, and their answers were well articulated and properly itemized.  They also wrote the page numbers at the top of each page on their scripts.They responded well to questions on enzymes, food digestion and cooking methods.
