The candidates were expected to mention the safety requirement in a workshop.

Most of them failed to mention that the floor of the workshop must not be slippery which is a vital point.

Candidates were expected to state any two of the following safety requirements:

-    it must be accessible;
-    it must be well illuminated;
-    it must be well ventilated;
-    entrances must be wide enough to take delivery of materials.
-    do not run in the workshop;
-    working space should be clear;
-    keep your work bench tidy;
-    return tools and equipment to their places after use;
-    avoid slippery floors.
