Observation

Most of the candidates who attempted this question performed well. The weakness recorded in the question is that some candidates were unable to state the required numbers of youth empowerment skills there is. They mostly wrote about three or four instead of the six the question demanded for. Points candidates were expected to list are

Youth empowerment is a developmental programme which enables youths to acquire skills, knowledge, attitude and values that will make them to be morally responsible, financially independent and self-reliant in other to contribute positively to the society.
