Question 5 was widely attempted by the candidates. In 5a, candidates listed the methods of food and beverage services, and in 5b they stated the information that is usually found on a wine bottle. However, some candidates were unable to list the types of alcoholic wine in 5c and they listed some local brands of drinks such as palmwine, ‘alomo’, ‘ogogoro’, ‘schnapp’, etc as examples of alcoholic wine.
