In question 2a candidates were to define the term food poisoning which majority of them didn’t understand as they defined food poisoning as a deliberate act of poisoning food to kill someone. Question 2b on instances when food handlers should thoroughly wash their hands was fairly answered while in 2c candidates answered poorly by listing kidney, liver, heart, lungs, stomach and anus as parts of the body through which food can be contaminated.
