The ‘a’ part of this question requested for duties of the head chef in a hotel while the ‘b’ part required the responsibilities of members in a catering team. In 1a, candidates’ performance was average, some of them were unable to give correct answers to the question and in 1b they were unable to interpret the question and they wrote the duties of each of the members of the catering team instead of the team.
