This was not a popular question among the candidates. In 6a, many candidates wrote the advantages and disadvantages of metal instead of aluminum cooking equipment and a lot of them seem to have no idea of what earthenware cooking equipment are and so did not answer this part of the question very well. In 6b, they were able to list essential large equipment in a modern kitchen.
