This question was attempted by majority of the candidates and their performance in this question was bad. They were able to interpret the questions and give points. Additional points candidates missed out are:
- POLITICAL APATHY
Political apathy is a sum total of all negative behaviour/ attitude which citizens or a state exhibit by withdrawing from all forms of political activities in a state.
- FACTORS RESPONSIBLE FOR POLITICAL APATHY INCLUDES:
- The type of political system/government
- Illiteracy – the level of literacy in a state may affect the participation n of citizens
- Bad governance
- Unfilled electoral promises or manifesto
- Election malpractices/rigging
