Below are some additional points expected from the candidates;

  1. PROBLEMS OF RULE OF LAW
    1. Serving officers are granted immunity when breaching the existing laws.
    2. The poor masses stand the chance of being severely punished when laws are breached.
    3. The laws are designed to protect the interest of those in authority.
    4. The laws if rigid, may deviate from the existing universal expectations.
    5. The case of discrimination and other societal vices is on the increase even when the law exists.
    6. Very few people have knowledge of the requirements of the laws governing their nation.

    1. WAYS DEMOCRACY AND RULE OF LAW CAN CREATE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES IN A NATION
      1. The right to work is to be enjoyed by every citizen of a nation:  The people of a nation having knowledge of this should know that they must ask for what belongs to them and the enabling environment towards achieving this, be provided by government.
      2. Equal protection of the law: Every citizen of a nation is equal before the law and for this reason, be granted the opportunity of being employed even when disabled or infected with HIV/AIDS and other. No form of discrimination should come in.
      3. Orderly society: This circumstance breeds socio-economic and political development. A nation that is socio-economically stable would promote effective development which in turn creates room for employment opportunities and creativity.
      4. Life sustenance: This can be achieved through the availability of job opportunities which in turn eradicates poverty and dependence on people or one’s nation. The rule of law makes this factor available in its context.
