Most candidates were able to:

• State two advantages of sandcrete brick fence wall over unburnt clay block fence wall;    
• Sketch a concrete block used for the construction of a road kerb.
  

However, majority of them failed to state three factors that would influence the selection of a type of gate for a school fence wall:
