Candidates' Weakness

Many candidates showed weakness in response to questions in the area:

1. graph interpretation;
2. RLC circuit.
3. entrepreneurship;

Suggested Remedies

It was suggested that, to correct these weaknesses candidates should:

• be taught the interpretation of principles governing topics;
• not only limit themselves to ‘recall’ and ‘comprehension’ but also cover all ‘application’ aspects of the syllabus.
