Candidate's Strength

From the responses received, a small number of candidates demonstrated their familiarity with the prescribed texts by extensively referring to them in their answers. Also, only a few candidates exhibited the ability to effectively structure their thoughts using the appropriate language skills. Overall, the candidates performed better in African Prose than in Non-African Prose.
