Some of the candidates that opted for this question did not limit their answers to the activities of the Prophet in the first two years but wrote on his activities from the beginning to the end of his stay in Yathrib. Mention was expected to have been made of what led to his migration to Yathrib which later became known as Madinah, the homage paid to him by the  people of Yathrib (’Ansār), his institution of brotherhood in the City, the building of a mosque and the production of an Islamic constitution among others. Generally, candidates’ performance was quite impressive.
