Observation

This question is on oral prose fom a set book Ọmalinze. Candidates were asked to point out five (5) bad conditions the king’s wife he hated found herself in; two (2) things the monkey told one of the king’s wives to do so that her co-wife, Anansi will grow a tail; what the king did when he found out that Anansi had a tail and the moral lesson from the story.
A very candidates tried this question and they did poorly.
The expected answers were:

(a)-   Di ya anaghị eghe ya ọnụ.

(iii)O bi n’ụlọ dị n’azụ.

(iv)Naanị ya bi/ O nweghị onye ya na ya bi.

(v)Ọ dịghị onye na-ajụ maka ya.

(vii)O nweghi ọyị/ enyi.

 

(b) (i) Ọ gwara ya hụọ ji, tụọ ya mmanụ, debe.
