CANDIDATES’ WEAKNESSES AND SUGGESTED REMEDIES
    The  candidates’ weaknesses include their inability to:
   
      master  the contents of the subject/Health education
      express  themselves in simple English Language
      read  extensively to cover the WAEC syllabus
      relate  Health topics to daily life within their environment.
      identify  urino-genital system.
      name  three parts labelled I,II,III and IV of the urino-genital system.
      state  functions of the part labelled IV of  the urino-genital system.
      mention  substances expelled by the part labelled iv of the urino-genital system.
      list  disorders associated with the urino-genital system.
      identify  observable features of a person suffering from Kwarshiorkor
      name  the cervical bone illustrated in the diagram
      state  observable features which are characteristics of the cervical bone
      name  the part labelled I,II,III,IV,V and VI of  the cervical bone.
      name  other bones that are similar in structure to the cervical bone
      name  other bones that are similar in structure to the cervical bone 
      name  the parts labelled I,II,III,IV,V,VI,VII and VIII of the digestive system
      name  the main types of cell in humans
      nention  the types of cell division
   
     
    The following  remedies were suggested to overcome these weaknesses:
    
      Teachers/Students  should cover the WAEC syllabus
      English  teachers should teach  students how to  write essay and correct the spelling mistakes.
      Teachers/Students  should relates teaching and learning to the immediate environment.
      Dictionary  should be used to proffer solution to unfamiliar words or terms..
