Observation

Candidates were asked to write an article suitable for publication in a national newspaper on three ways in which the youth can contribute to national development. A few of the candidates who chose this question did not have a clear idea of what is meant by national development and those who showed some understanding could not successfully convey their ideas as a result of poor expression.
