TheThe case study is set to test the candidates’ knowledge about functions of departments in an organization and different filling system in an organization. They were also expected to identify the merit of the filing system identified in the case study.

Most of the candidates were able to do justice to the questions. However, majority of the candidates scored good marks though more efforts need to be put in on the skills of answering case studies.
