Weekness/Remedies

The following weaknesses were observed among most of the candidates:

(a) Poor aural perception.

(b) Weak music notation as many could not notate correctly.

SUGGESTED REMEDIES TO OVERCOME CANDIDATES’ WEAKNESSES

Candidates should be exposed to thorough aural training before taking the examination. They should also listen sufficiently to more of art music and classical music.
