Candidates were asked to list professional that would require professional indemnity policy and explain some insurance terms such as cover note, under insurance, ex-gratia payment, surrender value and expected peril.
Observation
Many candidates attempted the question, but the performance was average as majority of them did not show complete grasp of the question.
