(i) lintel;
(ii) jamb;
(iii) threshold.
(b) Explain each of the following types of concrete:
(i) mass concrete;
(ii) reinforced concrete.
(c) State two functional requirements of a formwork.
Observation
Most candidates were able to answered question 3 correctly except the aspect of question 3 (a) which were not well answered as most of the candidates were not able to sketch the section through the door opening.
