A SUMMARY OF CANDIDATES’ WEAKNESSES

The candidates, however, could not adequately:

- make a freehand sketch of a claw hammer;

- draw the front elevation and detailed view of the sectioned portion of a bungalow with given specifications;

- draw the front elevation, in a given direction, of a cast iron bracket shown in isometric projection.

 SUGGESTED REMEDY FOR OVERCOMING THE WEAKENESSES

Candidates were urged to practice regularly those areas identified with poor candidates’ performance. Candidates were also advised to always adequately study the examination questions given them before attempting any.
