Observation

1. Majority of the candidates attempted this question and scored at least one mark in this question
2. Larger percentage of the candidates failed in this question.  Majority were stating functions of storekeeper like; issuing of stock instead of importance storekeeping like; avoiding over and under-stocking of materials.
3. Candidates performed poorly in this question as well.

Ways a computer will assist the storekeeper in issuing stocks

1. Completion of the requisition online;
2. Online approval of stores requisition;
3. Update of stock records after issue;
4. Selection and issue of goods through the system.
