The following materials have been provided for this test:
one 1200 mm length of 25 mm PVC pipe;
one 300 mm length of 19 mm diameter PVC pipe;
one25 mmPVC elbow;
one25 mm x 19 mm diameter PVC tee;
one tin of adhesive paste;
twotie-on label.
Using a push-fit pipe jointing technique, measure, cut, bend and fix the length of 25 mm and 19 mm PVC pipe as shown in Fig. 1.
Observation
Most of the candidates did well in this question. Some candidates used different materials instead of the PVC pipe to produce the workpiece.
