This question was attempted by just a few candidates who eventually recorded a very low performance. It was expected that the candidates would first of all mention the roles played by the Prophet (S.A.W) himself in the preservation of the Qur’aŻn through its memorization and dictation to his companions to do same. Some of the candidates mentioned the names of some companions but failed to identify the roles played by them in preserving the Qur’aŻn.
