This question was attempted by many candidates and their performance was poor.
In part (a) and (b) the candidate could not correctly define the term community health as well as stating characteristics of work place based health.
The expected answers are as follows: 

2 (a)    EXPLANATION OF COMMUNITY HEALTH
This is the comprehensive health programme which includes; safe environment/provision of potable water/public health facilities/environmental sanitary facilities; benefit of the individual family and community at large.
                                          
(b)      CHARACTERISTICS OF THE WORK PLACE BASED HEALTH
-      it is meant for workers and their family only
-      prompt medical services are provided
-      medical services provided are subsidized
-      the sick bay/clinic could be located within the work place/outside the work place
