General Comments

The standard of the paper compared favourably with those of previous years.  The questions were unambiguous and also covered a wide range of the syllabus.  The marking scheme was comprehensive and flexible.

The performance of the candidates was poor than the previous year with a candidates’ population of 2,724 which had a raw mean score of 18 and standard deviation of 07.35 against a raw mean score of 18 and standard deviation of 06.08 for the November/December 2014 WASSCE which had a candidates’ population of 2,628.
