This question was attempted by few  candidates and their performance was fair.   In part (a) (i) candidates correctly listed injuries which could result  from industrial accident, in (a) (ii) candidates could not correctly state  causes of fire outbreak in industries and in (a) (iii) candidates could not  correctly list first aid items require for snake bite.  In (b)(i) candidates could not define school  health programme, in (b) (ii) candidates could not correctly state components  of the school health programme.  In part  (c) candidates could not outline ways by which school accident could be  minimized. 
           The expected answers were as  follows:
