            This  question was attempted by many candidates and their performance was fair. 
                    In part (a) (i) candidates could not  say what is vitamin correctly, however, in part (a) (ii)    
          candidates mixed up sources of vitamin  with the deficiency diseases.  In part  (b) candidates  
          stated ways by which rural-urban  migration may be minimized.  In part (c)  candidates also  
          mixed up important of water to the human  body with uses of water such as bathing and  
          cooking. 
                     The expected answers were as follows:
