In this question, candidates were required to

(a) List four types of meat and their sources.

(b) In a tabular form, state two macro nutrients in meat and one function of each.

(c) Highlight two changes that occur when meat in grilled.

 

OBSERVATION

Majority of the candidates preformed excellently and the question was widely attempted by the candidates.They were able to write more information on these questions and it was the candidates strength.
