Candidates' Strength

 

Candidates displayed their strengths in questions 1(ai) and 1(b) where they stated the functions of table cloths and the factors that influence the choice of meal service. Also popular among the candidates is question 4(c) where they stated reasons for using salt and sugar in bread making; question 5 where they correctly stated the factors to consider when planning meals for adolescents and question 6(b) which required them to list essential large equipment in a modern kitchen.
