Observation

In 4a, candidates were to explain the concept of borrowing and in 4b, they were to write five borrowed words in Efịk.

The expected answers were:

(a) Ebuot-ikọ edi ikọ emi edade eto usem kiet ekededi ekesịn ke usem efen emi ikọ oro mikeduhe ke akpa. Usem kiet ekededi esinyene ebuot-ikọ eto ebuana emi usem oro enyenede ye usem efen.

(b) - Sịñkini - Besị - Tiande - Tọwị - Siọt - Añkisi - Tọmbịt - Amuk - Akrasi - Kọp - Bọwịt

Few candidates attempted this question and they did well.
