Observation
In question 5 (a), candidates were to identify the type of phrase in the underlined expression. In (b), they were to identify the function of the phrase which was underlined in the sentence and in (c), they were to write three phrases that are in the same category with the underlined one. Candidates’ performance in this question was good.
