Candidate's Strengths

Some candidates understood the demands of the questions before answering them as this was demonstrated in the answers given to some of the questions. To this end, a substantial percentage seems to have improved with respect to methodology of presenting points and explaining relevant points. Furthermore, candidates adhered to the rubrics.
