Observation

Question 1 was one of the candidates’ strengths, they were required to list the types of flour in catering and list six raising agents used in food preparation. The questions was widely attempted and correctly answered. Nevertheless, some candidates listed brand names such as Dangote and Mamma gold flour as types of flour.
