General Comments

There is an improvement in the standard of the paper compared with those of previous years.  It is better than those of the previous years as it delved into the technicality of the subject. Also, the rubrics were clear and the questions were well spread within the syllabus. However, candidates’ performance was poor and not comparable with the previous years.
