out a building:

(ii)        property line;
(iii)       set back.

            (c)        State the use of a site datum peg.

  • common brick;
  • engineering brick;
  • fletton/adobe brick;
  • terracotta brick;
  • Staffordshire blue;
  • Southwater red;
  • coloured/decorative brick;
  • special/purpose-made brick;
  • firebrick;
  • wire-cut brick;
  • Stocks.

(ii)        Reasons for firing clay bricks are to:

  •  remove the moisture from the brick;
  • make it strong;
  •  make it durable;
  •  make it weather-resistant;
  • harden the brick.

  • site datum peg is used to transfer levels on site;
  • site datum peg is used to fix or establish a known level from

where other levels are taken on site.
