General Comment

The Chief Examiner reported that the standard of the paper was good and generally comparable with those of previous years. The questions were straight forward, well spread and without any ambiguity. The rubrics were also very clear. But the performance of the candidates was poor in handling some questions, which suggest that the candidates were inadequately prepared for the paper.
The Chief Examiner also reported that candidates’ performed well compared to previous years.
