Observation

As a beneficiary of a scholarship by a local company, the candidate was required to write the speech he/she would deliver at the presentation ceremony stating the benefits of the scholarship.

This was not a popular question before the candidates. Many of the candidates did not state the benefits they would derive from the scholarship, though they started their speech with the usual vocatives.
