Observation

This question demands that the candidate writes a speech he/she would deliver at the welcome party organized for the new principal posted to his/her school. He/she is expected to inform the new principal of some problems faced by students. Some of the candidates who chose this question kept on apportioning blames for some of the lapses or problems in their schools on the previous principals. Some were directing or giving instructions to the new principal about what he should do. Some of the few candidates that attempted this question failed to start with the usual vocatives.
