The paper compares favourably with those of previous years in standard, quality, adequacy, content and objectivity.  The questions were within the scope of the examinations syllabus.

The questions were clear, straight forward and devoid of any ambiguity. The rubrics were clearly stated while the Marking Scheme was comprehensive enough to accommodate all possible answers. However, candidates’ performance declined when compared with preceding years.
